Robotic Welding Fume Extraction Hood – Modular Industrial Fume Capture Hood for Welding Automation and CNC Robots – i8/10 Series

The i8/10 Series High-Performance, Curtain-Enclosed Robotic Welding Fume Extraction Hood is engineered for robotic systems that require advanced fume and dust removal. In CNC robotic machining cells where Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems are insufficient, especially during fully automated processes with no welding operator present, the hood prevents the release of intense welding fumes and toxic gases into the environment, ensuring clean, filtered air is safely recirculated back into the workspace. Thanks to its modular structure, the hood can be manufactured in customized dimensions. Since the hood itself does not include an internal extraction or filtration module, it is integrated with SM or SMK Series stationary fume extraction units.
