Use of the Website
- Texts, images, logos, videos and other material may belong to FRESHWELD or be used under a licence or another lawful permission.
- Unauthorised copying, distribution and commercial use are prohibited, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
- Activities that compromise security or operation, automated abuse and attempts to bypass verification/access controls are prohibited.
Price Access and Email Verification
Submit your email through the relevant form and use the verification link sent to you. Price access does not open before verification. The link is valid for 24 hours; verified access is valid for 60 days from verification. This flow does not require creation of a WordPress user account.
A verification reminder may be sent if verification is incomplete. Do not use another person’s email or share verification links. Security checks and sending limits may apply.
VisitorIQ Service
The price-access form presents separate, express acceptance of FRESHWELD’s VisitorIQ product/quotation analysis service. It analyses permitted product/category visits, visit frequency and quotation interactions to assess product selection and technical support needs. Acceptance during registration allows these details to be linked to your registration email.
In the current service flow, active VisitorIQ acceptance is a condition for using price visibility. Withdrawal stops new tracking and hides prices again. Previously verified access within its 60-day validity can resume after renewed acceptance.
Price-form acceptance does not change other providers’ cookie choices. Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Yandex choices are managed separately through the cookie panel. Accept All can enable VisitorIQ within the explained Marketing category; it does not replace email verification.
Communications and Quotations
Verification messages and responses to your product/quotation requests are separate from general promotional newsletter subscriptions. VisitorIQ or cookie acceptance is not unlimited authorisation for promotional messages. Future automated recommendation or basket-reminder campaigns require separate explanation and applicable communication choices.
Adding products to a quotation basket, viewing prices or receiving a product-interest suggestion does not itself establish order acceptance, stock confirmation, final technical suitability or a sales contract. Applicable prices, scope and delivery terms are set out in the relevant quotation or contract.
Technical Information and Responsibility
Product information and any automated suggestions support preliminary assessment. Final selection requires consideration of application conditions, current technical documents and, where necessary, FRESHWELD’s technical team. See the Disclaimer.
These terms do not exclude mandatory legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Linked websites are not necessarily operated by FRESHWELD. Their providers’ terms and privacy practices apply. FRESHWELD’s own data protection obligations remain unaffected.
Changes, Applicable Law and Contact
Terms may be updated as services change. Changing a text does not itself provide a user’s choice for new processing purposes. The actual publication/update date is displayed on the relevant page.
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and legal remedy rules, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir. Mandatory protections applicable to you remain unaffected.
