Introduction
This policy explains cookies used on freshweld.com.tr by FRESHWELD International Trade and Industry Inc. Necessary technical functions are separate from optional analytics, advertising and VisitorIQ behavioural analysis.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small records stored in your browser. They can remember sessions, price access and preferences, measure site use and support permitted personalisation. A cookie originating from FRESHWELD is not automatically necessary or anonymous.
Categories
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Technical records needed for requested sessions, security, access and remembering cookie choices. The price-access token manages requested access and is separate from the VisitorIQ behavioural identifier.
- Analytics Cookies: Optional page and interaction measurement through Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica. Online identifiers may be used; measurements should not all be assumed anonymous.
- Marketing Cookies: Advertising measurement/remarketing through Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, and product-interest analysis through FRESHWELD VisitorIQ. This is an optional category; the separate price-form acceptance is explained below.
VisitorIQ and Price Access
VisitorIQ evaluates permitted visit frequency, product/category visits and quotation interactions to assess product interests and technical support needs. When you separately accept the VisitorIQ service during registration, these details can be linked to your registration email.
A new Accept All choice, or Save Settings with Marketing Cookies enabled, can also enable VisitorIQ. Analytics-only consent does not enable it. An earlier choice made before the new VisitorIQ purpose was explained is not automatically treated as acceptance of that purpose.
The separate price-form acceptance covers VisitorIQ only and does not change Google, Meta, LinkedIn or Yandex preferences. Cookie acceptance alone does not grant price access: email verification is also required.
FRESHWELD and Preference Cookies
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
moove_gdpr_popup | Remember cookie-category choices. | 90 days in the current configuration. |
fwqi_visitoriq_consent | Remember VisitorIQ choice, time, source and notice version. | 90 days. |
fwqi_service_consent | Signed technical record of separate VisitorIQ acceptance on the price form. | 90 days. |
fwqi_price_access_key | Securely associate requested price access with email verification status. | 60 days. Verified access is valid for 60 days from verification. |
fwqi_visitor_key | Visitor identifier for permitted VisitorIQ visit/product-interest analysis. | 180 days. |
fwqi_session_id | Associate visits with sessions for permitted VisitorIQ analysis. | 30 minutes; may renew on permitted active requests. |
Preference cookies do not directly contain your email address. Technical tokens can nevertheless link to server records and are not necessarily anonymous. Cookie expiry does not automatically delete server records.
Third-Party Services
Depending on your choices, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Yandex Metrica may operate. Providers may process online identifiers and page/interaction details within their services. Google Tag Manager manages tags; loading the container does not grant permission to all measurement tags.
Provider cookie names and lifetimes depend on the service, features and configuration. Further information is available in the providers’ current notices:
Separate VisitorIQ acceptance does not authorise transfers to these providers. Processing and transfer information should be read together with the Privacy Notice.
Cookie-Linked Server Records and Hosting
Storing FRESHWELD cookies in your browser and processing associated records on a server are different activities. Permitted VisitorIQ identifiers, visits and product/quotation interactions, and the registration email linked to them where applicable, may be processed in FRESHWELD systems hosted by Hostinger. Where hosting, backup or technical support takes place abroad, the relevant transfer conditions require separate assessment. See the Privacy Notice for hosting and international-transfer information. Cookie acceptance alone does not satisfy international-transfer requirements.
Managing and Withdrawing Choices
- Use Accept All to accept the explained optional categories.
- Use Reject All to reject optional tracking.
- Use Cookie Settings to select Analytics and Marketing separately, then Save Settings.
To withdraw VisitorIQ acceptance, select Reject All or turn off Marketing Cookies and save settings. This also withdraws separate price-form acceptance, stops new tracking and clears tracking identifiers. Retention of an access token or existing server records does not mean new behavioural tracking continues.
Rejection does not prevent general browsing. In the current VisitorIQ-dependent price-access flow it hides prices again. Previously verified access still within its validity period can resume after renewed VisitorIQ acceptance.
Deleting or blocking browser cookies may affect sessions and access. Deleting a cookie is not a request to erase server-held personal data. Send such requests to info@freshweld.com.tr.
Updates
This policy is updated when systems or purposes change. New purposes must be explained and necessary choices obtained before new processing starts. Cookie acceptance is not unlimited permission for undisclosed future purposes.
