FUME EXTRACTION FANS

Unfiltered industrial fume exhaust requirements can be met through two different solutions: Portable Fume Exhaust Fans and Fixed Fume Exhaust Fans with Articulated Arms.

Portable Snail-Type Motor Fume Exhaust Fans are designed to remove high-density welding fumes and dust directly from the working environment. Welding exhaust units of this type are preferred as auxiliary blowers in areas where filtered extraction systems cannot reach. They operate without filters but can also be connected to an external central system to provide optimal filtration for discharged air.

Fixed Fume Exhaust Fans with Articulated Arms are ideal for workshops where filtration is not required, and available workspace is limited. They can also function as exhaust gas discharge systems. Like portable models, they can be integrated into central systems, enabling filtration of extracted contaminated air. The TSB Series Extension Bracket provides a flexible reach of up to 7 meters.

FRESHWELD Fume Exhaust Fans are fully compliant with the European Machinery Safety Directive.

These systems are suitable for applications that do not require point-of-capture filtration and can also serve as auxiliary units for central fume exhaust systems.
