Our Quality Control Processes
Every FRESHWELD product leaving the production line undergoes multi-stage quality control testing:
- Air leakage tests
- Airflow and suction performance measurements
- Electrical safety inspections
- Filtration efficiency tests
In addition, our filters are tested according to international standards for particle and gas capture efficiency, achieving filtration levels above 99%. All test data are recorded in our system together with the product’s serial number and can be shared with our customers upon request.
