The FRESHWELD T2/3007 is a mobile high-vacuum extraction and filtration unit designed for use with fume-extracting MIG/MAG welding torches. It extracts fumes through the torch during welding, helping reduce their spread into the working environment.
The OLED control display shows loading levels for both filters and total motor operating hours. Motor speed and post-welding run-on time can be adjusted using the rotary encoder. Operators can tailor extraction settings to their application and monitor filter condition.
A 1.1 kW EC brushless blower and a two-stage F9 + H14 HEPA filtration system capture particles from the extracted air. Automatic start/stop and adjustable post-welding run-on time synchronize extraction with welding activity. Its compact body and lockable castors allow easy movement between welding stations.

OLED Filter Loading Monitoring

Adjustable Motor Speed
Motor speed can be adjusted through the display menu using the rotary encoder. Operators can tailor the extraction level to the requirements of the welding application.
Motor Operating Hours Monitoring
Total motor operating time is displayed on the OLED screen in hours, minutes and seconds. This information helps operators track usage and plan maintenance.
Automatic Start and Adjustable Stop Delay
Extraction starts automatically when welding begins. When welding ends, the unit continues running for a display-adjustable period of 3–12 seconds, helping extract residual fumes from the welding area.
EC Brushless Blower
The 1.1 kW EC brushless blower provides high vacuum for on-torch fume extraction applications. Its specified service life is 5,000 operating hours. The unit delivers an extraction airflow of 150 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 22,900 Pa.
Direct On-Torch Extraction
Connects to a fume-extracting welding torch to capture fumes close to the welding point. The extraction point follows the welding area as the torch moves.
Two-Stage Filtration
An F9 cartridge filter with a 4.5 m² filter area and an H14 HEPA cassette filter with a 3 m² filter area work together to capture particles from welding fumes.
ClapLap Filter Cleaning System
With the motor running, close off the suction inlet. Then open and release the spring-loaded ClapLap cover six times to clean the filter.
Mobile and Compact Design
Lockable castors make it easy to move the unit around the workshop and secure it at the point of use. The unit is supplied with a 2 m power cable.
