Products offered by FRESHWELD are planned, manufactured, quality-checked, and shipped in line with customer requirements. Therefore, after order confirmation, cancellation and return procedures are generally not applied to products.
FRESHWELD provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and manufacturing-related failures. Warranty coverage applies to defects arising from manufacturing or workmanship issues under normal operating conditions.
However, product quality and customer satisfaction are our priorities. Support is provided following the necessary evaluations in the following cases:
- Manufacturing-related physical defect or technical nonconformity
- The product being shipped with specifications different from the order or as an incorrect product
- Damage or deformation occurring during transportation/cargo delivery
In such cases, FRESHWELD must be informed at the time of product delivery or as soon as possible after receipt. Following the evaluation, if deemed appropriate, a product exchange or return process will be initiated.
In order to identify any damage that may occur during delivery, it is strongly recommended that products be inspected at the time of delivery and, in case of damage, a report supported by photos or videos be prepared together with the transportation/cargo representative.
FRESHWELD bases all processes on technical evaluation and mutual goodwill in order to provide a solution.
Important Note for International Orders: Return and exchange requests for international orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to transportation costs, customs procedures, and local regulations. FRESHWELD reserves the right to determine the most appropriate corrective action, including repair, replacement, spare parts supply, or other reasonable solutions, following technical evaluation.
